浓相气力输送适用于输送难以输送的、带磨蚀性的或脆性的物料。浓相气力输送是以栓塞或满管的形式用比较慢的速度将物料沿着管道向前推进。这意味着物料对管道、弯头的磨损*小,管道寿命长,系统维护量小,同时较高的固气比也可以降低功耗和运行成本。
浓相气力输送系统可将物料从一个或多个集料点输送到一个或多个接收点,可输送各种类型的粉体物料,如粉末,颗粒,混合料等各种松散的固体物料。
浓相气力输送起始速度通常小于10m/s,固气比大于10:1。典型的浓相输送系统如下图:
