Polyurethane inner cylinder (20L-8500L), polyurethane grinding discs, polyurethane front and rear end covers, polyurethane discharge separation rotors, polyurethane pin rods and other standard products. We also customize non-standard pipes, rods, boxes and special-shaped parts with strong corrosion resistance and wide application adaptability.
Suitable for titanium dioxide production by sulfuric acid process, hydrochloric acid process and chlorination process (fluidized bed chlorination & molten salt chlorination process), working stably within (PH 2–11). It features excellent resistance to acid, alkali, chloride ion and ethylene glycol corrosion. In the grinding production of anatase type, rutile type, chemical fiber matting agent and electronic-grade titanium dioxide, its service life is far longer than ordinary polyurethane parts.
- Compatible with large 3000L–5000L sand mills for grinding metal ore and gold concentrate. It outstandingly resists abrasion and strong corrosion caused by acidic and alkaline reagents in mineral processing, with comprehensive performance much better than ordinary polyurethane.
- Special structural parts for grinding machines of magnetic materials, alumina powder, electronic paste, microwave ceramics and hollow glass microspheres. With excellent resistance to boric acid, methanol, acid, alkali and chloride ion, its stability greatly outperforms ordinary polyurethane products.
- Widely applied in new energy battery industry for lithium iron phosphate slurry grinding, applicable within (PH 3–13). It has accumulated rich application experience in water-based, methanol-based and isopropanol-based grinding systems, with prominent performance in acid resistance, methanol resistance, ethanol resistance and hydrolysis resistance. Its service life is significantly extended compared with conventional polyurethane materials.
